In 2023, organisations are under more pressure than ever to adapt, scale and transform to stay competitive and drive enterprise value.

The ability to do so at speed will be crucial – as will intelligent use of automation to focus resources on smarter, higher value work.

But, for project, portfolio and PMO professionals, where is the sweet spot between Programme and Portfolio Management (PPM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA)?

Crucially, there is scope for the two approaches to be embraced as complementary – not mutually exclusive, to underpin a high performing, value-generating portfolio for the business.

In this special live webinar, our Associate Editor, Amy Hatton, will welcome an expert panel to explore the issues and understand how an intelligent blend of solutions can achieve the results your organisation needs.

Join this webinar and find out how to:

  • Blend solutions to drive new opportunities.
  • Balance strategy, capability, and speed to market.
  • Elevate your talent pool to flex their strategic muscles.
  • Initiate a meaningful debate on the right solution for your enterprise.

Our live webinars are always extremely popular, so make sure you register now and secure your free seat to join the debate!
