Jobs That Will Always Be There For You To Do

artificial intelligence

Are you thinking about the future and wondering which careers will still be around for people to do? There is a lot of worry about robots taking over from actual people.

Take a look at supermarket checkouts, for example, they used to all be manned by people but now you go into one and you can go to the self-checkout. There is no need for numerous people sitting behind tills.

This is such a shame as you might be one of those people that actually enjoy seeing someone and chatting to someone, so you don’t want to be dealing with robots.

In the future, there will be many more jobs affected by enhancements in technology so you may be worrying if yours is safe. You might be thinking about a change in career, now is the perfect time to do that. There are plenty of jobs out there that will always require an actual person to do them.

Teaching

There will always be children therefore there will always be a need for teaching staff and schools. Of course, there will always be improvements made to the system, for example, the interactive whiteboards they now have in schools. Things like this will never replace the need for teachers though. If you love working with children then become a teacher, you can choose to teach in primary or secondary schools.

You will need to go to university or complete a distance learning course in order to qualify as a teacher. There is a lot of work involved with becoming a teacher but it will be worth it in the end. Watching the children you teach grow and develop is such a rewarding thing to experience. Children also remember the good teachers, so be one of the nice ones and you will be remembered for years to come.

Blogging

Blogging is one of those jobs that you can do forever, on any subject, anywhere in the world. It is a great job to have if you have the knack for it. You need to be able to draw people’s attention and keep it while they are reading. If you create dull content nobody will want to read your blogs and you won’t make much money from them. If you create a travel blog then you might be lucky enough to be paid to visit lots of luxury places just to write about them on your blog.

Anyone can start up a blog site but you have to be dedicated and spend time keeping it up to date and create relevant stories that individuals want to spend time reading. You could get quite the following on your site. It is a good idea to advertise your blog on other social media platforms to draw traffic to your site.

To make money from blogging is simple, you just need to ensure you advertise other people’s products on your site. If you write a blog about their products then be sure to add a link so your readers will find it easier to purchase products they read about.

Makeup Artist

There will always be people out there that want to look beautiful and have various work done to themselves. This cannot really be done by anyone else other than a makeup artist, so this is a profession that will always be needed. It can be very rewarding to be a makeup artist as it’s your job to transform people and give them a boost in confidence. You could be seeing people coming in really nervous and shy then leaving you with a huge smile on their face. You have to have amazing people skills and a steady hand to become something in the makeup world.

You can build up a huge client base and there are so many options when it comes to where you work from. You could be mobile and travel to your client’s houses, you could work from your own home, or you could set up in a salon. Whichever option works for you if you are just starting out then you need to think of how to get a client base started. Advertising on social media platforms is a great way to get people coming in. You could have an introductory offer to show people your skills.

In order to qualify as a makeup artist, you will have to go to beauty school and do some practical and theory work in order to learn the tricks of the trade. PMU & Aesthetics Academy offer just this where you learn from the best to become the best.

Doctors

If you want a career that will stand the test of time and not be influenced by robots then think about becoming a doctor. This is definitely the hardest job on the list, there will be times you may think why did I choose this profession. Then you will see the good you are doing and the way people value your help and you will realise why you chose it. It is not easy to become a doctor, it requires a lot of work and effort on your part. Long hours and lots of study needs to be done before you can even set foot in a hospital or doctors surgery.

You will need to have amazing skills such as being approachable, open, friendly, and most of all honest. Doctors earn the trust of their patients very early on and if your patients don’t trust you it doesn’t bode well. There are lots of different options when it comes to doctors, will you be an all-rounder or will you carry on and decide to specialise in a certain area.

There will be hard times when you have to be the bearer of bad news but the good outweighs the bad. Doctors are highly respected individuals and you will be changing people’s lives for the better.

We hope this helps you understand which careers you might want to look into if you don’t want to be replaced with robots. Sure these can be helpful but nothing beats working with real-life people.
