Customer service skills, soft skills, and ensuring they have tools to greatly improve that 24/7 culture is critical. Making upgrades to your business means ensuring your employees are looked after. The big mistake many organisations make is upgrading the business and expecting their employees to fall in line and “adapt or die.” This is not productive.
